The room was top-class, the location was nice. I greatly enjoyed that it is set near a tram stop. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast, I tried amazing dishes.

The place was fairly clean with an awesome and fantastic staff at the reception desk. The room was amazingly comfortable with breakfast included when upgraded. Our location was great and lovely close to the train station. There was an outdoor bar. This hotel was excellent value for money, seeing price-lists in other hotels.

The room was cheap and reasonably spacious here with TV, shower plus clean facilities. Having fluffy towels and basin was a bonus.

Location just next door to transport and local shops and the Bell train station. It's own balcony, compact refrigerator and air conditioning in the room and the very comfy bed...

The first night, there was something wrong with the heating and we froze. Luckily it was rectified so the second night was good.Beds were comfortable but not enough blankets or spare pillows in the room. Bathroom was good, shower very nice.

There were some maintenance issues with the hotel, such as broken hangers in the cupboards and a desperately need for cleaning of the hallway carpet.
